ABOUT US

“Creative vision”, the Association of Business Women, was founded in December 2011, in Loznica. As the name itself suggests, it was founded by women who had already achieved in creative business and those who have the ideas of how to improve and expand the business.

In the beginning we gathered female entrepreneurs and women who want to start their own business and now, the owners and part-owners of a small and medium enterprises and agricultural households, managers and women on a leadership positions, as well as women who work in state institutions, politically active women, artists, journalists, unemployed women, students of a various level of education, etc., are also in our team.

Our vision is to make the favorable environment for the development of creative women’s business.

MISSION

Through the realization of projects, we want to help women promote their business interests and support profitable and creative ideas of our members.

GOALS

• to economically empower women (through gathering information and acquiring new knowledge and skills, making new contacts and through networking)
• to promote a favorable image of women in business
• to improve the management of the entrepreneurial shops and companies that are owned by women
• to create partnerships between women who own small enterprises and women who work in state institutions, so that both sides have benefits of those partnerships and all that in order to create favorable environment for the development of women business at the local level
• to make connections between entrepreneurs, institutions and organizations in our region, as well as in country and abroad
• to take care of the distinctiveness of women needs in the field of business (equal division of roles between males and females and achieving a balance between the home and business duties)
• to found new companies owned by women.

ACTIVITIES

• development of the network of female entrepreneurs
• organization of the gathering of entrepreneurs so that they could exchange their experiences in previous management and express their ideas and suggestions for the improvement of business climate
• organization of various training sessions (tribunes, courses, seminars, workshops, lectures) for professional development and improvement of knowledge and skills of women in business
• performance of our members at the fairs, conferences, business gatherings, and meetings
• creating a database of business women and their organizations
• cooperation with other associations, organizations and institutions both in Loznica and in other places, in order to identify business opportunities
• mentoring programs, the assistance to potential entrepreneurs in foundation of their own companies
• promotion of the women who are successful in business and the importance of their activity in that field
